TINY CABINS – MAXIMUM SLEEPING CAPACITY WHEN RENTING ALL 5 CABINS: 10

• 5 cabins – you may select 2 or more up to a total of 5

• Each sleeps 2 persons (twin bed on top bunk and seating area that converts to twin bed)

• HVAC and electric

• Kitchenette with coffeemaker and mini-refrigerator

• Deck for outdoor seating

• Firepit

Note: there are no bathrooms in these tiny cabins, the community bathhouse located adjacent to the tiny cabins features two full bathrooms

 

CREEKSIDE CABINS – MAXIMUM SLEEPING CAPACITY WHEN RENTING ALL 4 CREEKSIDE CABINS: 12

•   2 (2) person Creekside Cabins – you may select 1 or more up to a total of 2

• 2 (4) person Creekside Cabins -you may select 1 or more up to a total of 2

• Each (2) person cabins sleeps 2 persons (2 twin beds in loft area)

• Each (4) person cabin sleeps 4 persons (2 twin beds in loft area & 2 twin beds in bedroom)

Do I have to book via Airbnb or can I book direct?

Do I have to rent everything to hold a retreat?

No, you can mix and match the types of accommodationsthe types of accommodations that best suit your needs. The only requirement is that you rent the main house since this is the primary gathering space for

guests.

We can send you a quote based on your selections and the number of nights you would like to stay.

How do we pay for our rental?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.

We accept Venmo, Personal Checks or money orders as forms of payment. PayPal is another option

however we do add 3.5% to the amount due to cover processing fees.

 

Balance Due:

The balance is due on or before (45 days out) DATE. Failure to pay the balance due will result in your

reservation being cancelled.

Refunds & Changes:

Refunds for any amount over the 50% reservation deposit will be made in their entirety from date of

payment up to 45 days prior to the event.

No refunds will be made from day 45 to the date of your reservation.

Changes to the type and number of units may be made 45 days prior to the event however these

changes may not exceed 10% of the value of the original reservation.

Taxes: These taxes include an accommodation tax, state and local sales and use taxes.

Do you have food on site?

​

You may hire a chef or caterer. Names of caterers are available upon request.

Another option is to feature communal cooking. Whole Foods in Asheville will deliver groceries to

INDIGO.

Is there a kitchen on site?

Yes, there are 2 kitchens. One in the main house and the other in the community kitchen.

Do you have service ware and cookware on site?

 

Yes we have plates, glasses, cups, utensils for 24 guests. We also have pots, pans, coffee makers,

teapots, blenders on the premises.

What is the nearest airport?

​

Asheville Airport is located approximately 45 minutes from INDIGO.

Charlotte International Airport is located approximately 2 hours from INDIGO.

​

Is there transportation to/from the airport?

There is a driver out of Asheville who can pick up guests from the Asheville airport and bring them to

INDIGO.Rental cars are available at both Charlotte International Airport and Asheville Airport.

Do you allow dogs or other pets?

No, pets are not allowed in the cabins at INDIGO.

​

What other services do you provide?

There are several resources in the Black Mountain/Asheville area who can provide services such as

massage, breathwork, sound healing, dance movement practices etc.. Just let us know what may
